“I have been to the Shorewood Med Express Spa on multiple occasions. I’ve had Botox done and also nerve blocks for health conditions. My experience here has been nothing but positive. Starting with the front desk receptionist who is super sweet and always greets you with a smile on her face which I find very welcoming. My services were completed by Stefanie and she is absolutely amazing! She is very professional and super knowledgeable. I was nervous to get botox after a bad experience at another spa but Stefanie knew exactly where to inject me to give the best outcome. I was also given injections for migraine headaches and again, Stefanie knew just where to inject me to give me the relief that I needed. The spa even followed up the next day to see how I was feeling and offered a second visit if I was still in pain. I am very impressed with the staff, the services offered and the ease of making appointments. The spa is relaxing and clean. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I love that they are willing to discuss options and give honest feedback in how you can get the best results. I highly recommend the Med Express Spa, esp if you are new to these type of services.”
