“⭐️⭐️ Kristina was absolutely amazing — warm, professional, and made my first filler experience feel safe and positive. I genuinely appreciated her care and attention. Unfortunately, the overall experience was soured after I noticed that four days later, the filler results were barely noticeable. I looked the same as when I walked in, which was disappointing after spending $359. Wanting to understand what went wrong, I reached out to speak with the owner — and was met with a surprisingly rude and dismissive attitude. I wasn’t asking for anything for free, just some clarity and guidance. Instead, I was spoken down to and made to feel like I was begging for something, which I absolutely was not. If I had known ahead of time that I’d need a full syringe just to see a minor difference, I might’ve opted for the Botox I originally had in mind. The lack of empathy and professionalism from the owner made an already disappointing outcome feel even worse. It’s unfortunate, because Kristina herself was wonderful, and I wish the rest of the experience had reflected that same level of care”
