I dont have enough good things to say about the people at this place. When you walk in you're immediately welcomed by the beautiful front desk gal, Addy. She has a very warm & outgoing personality & Is an absolute hoot to talk to! She Immediately makes you feel comfortable! Then you meet Nurse Angelika & esthetician Kaitlyn. They are both extremely knowledgeable, skilled, trustworthy & experienced. These girls know what they're doing & are darn good at it. I 100% trust them with my skin & face. They've transformed my looks in the best way possible. I was very insecure before I came to Express Med Spa but now I can walk with confidence because of these amazing girls. Give this place a shot, you wont regret it.

I had such a wonderful experience with Esthetician Kaitlin Knapp for my facial and waxing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. My skin has never looked or felt better, she really took the time to explain each step and tailored everything to my needs. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. Highly recommend! The staff Addy, Kaitlin, and Angelika are all great, always warm and welcoming.

Express Med Spa is amazing! Addy at the front desk instantly made me feel comfortable—she’s so sweet and welcoming, the kind of person who makes walking in feel easy instead of intimidating.I saw Angelika for a mini lip and she was incredible! She took her time explaining everything, was so gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. Her skill, precision, and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease and made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I voiced my concerns regarding my skin and was referred over to the esthetician Kaitlin who completed a complimentary skin analysis and educated me on my skin and needs. She then recommended a custom facial which was adapted to my skins texture and demands. It was truly relaxing and transformative. I came in for the first time and was welcomed by Addy the front desk receptionist who made me feel like I was a regular for years. I was brought to the back where the nurse Angelika answered all my questions in great detail and made me feel comfortable asking any questions that I had without making me feel bad. Just had a visit here today and all I have to say is they really do make you feel like family! From the moment I walked in, Addy welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable on the services they provide. I was extremely nervous coming in as I have never had anything done but as soon as I was taken back, I had all of my questions answered by Angelika. She took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions (and I definitely had a lot). I was walked through the procedure and whole process and felt prepared. These girls really made a rather nerve wracking experience into a rather pleasant one. I look forward to my future visits.
