It is one of the fastest-growing dermal filler brands in the United States, with over 8.2 million syringes used in more than 80 countries worldwide. The line includes two products: Revanesse Versa+, used for facial lines, folds, and volume, and Revanesse Lips+, used specifically for lip augmentation. Both are hyaluronic acid injectables, both contain a built-in anesthetic for patient comfort, and both are reversible. At Express Med Spa, all Revanesse treatments are administered by licensed nurse practitioners and registered nurse injectors under the medical supervision of our founder, Stefanie Drozd, MSN-APRN. RESULTS TIMELINE

Results are visible immediately following treatment. The fully settled, optimal result is typically seen at one to two weeks once any initial swelling has resolved. Lip treatments may take slightly longer to settle than facial filler treatments.

Result Last

6 to 18 months depending on the treatment area and volume used. Lip filler results typically last 6 to 12 months. Facial filler results in higher-movement areas such as the nasolabial folds or marionette lines typically last 9 to 12 months. Filler in lower-movement areas such as the cheeks may last 12 to 18 months. Individual results vary.

    How does Revanesse work?

Revanesse fillers are hyaluronic acid gels that restore volume where the face has lost it. Hyaluronic acid attracts and holds water, so results look soft and natural, and every Revanesse treatment is reversible.

  • Stefanie Drozd, Full Practice Authority Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic and wellness treatments

    Which product treats which area?

Revanesse Versa+ handles facial areas: cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin, and perioral lines. Revanesse Lips+ is designed specifically for lip augmentation. Both include a built-in anesthetic.

  • Stefanie Drozd, Full Practice Authority Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic and wellness treatments

What happens at a filler appointment?

Every visit starts with a consultation, then numbing and precise placement by a licensed nurse practitioner or nurse injector. Appointments run 20 to 60 minutes depending on the areas treated.

  • Stefanie Drozd, Full Practice Authority Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic and wellness treatments

How long do Revanesse results last?

Results are immediate and settle within one to two weeks. Longevity runs 6 to 18 months by area: lips 6 to 12 months, mobile facial areas 9 to 12, and low-movement zones like the cheeks 12 to 18.

Why Revanesse over other filler brands?

Revanesse is one of the fastest-growing filler lines in the US, with over 8.2 million syringes used in more than 80 countries. We standardized on it for consistent, natural results and patient comfort across every location.

    About This Treatment

Here is what the Revanesse filler line is, how its two products divide the work between face and lips, what a filler appointment involves, and why Express Med Spa standardized on this brand across all four locations.

    Treatment Pricing

Revanesse treatments at Express Med Spa are priced by treatment area and the amount of product used, so your cost is determined during your consultation rather than set as a flat rate. Pricing differs between Revanesse Lips+ for lip augmentation and Revanesse Versa+ for facial areas such as the cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and perioral lines. Members receive a discounted rate on all treatments, and monthly payment plans are available through CareCredit and Cherry.

Who Revanesse Dermal Filler is For

Good Candidates? Is This Right for You?

Revanesse dermal fillers are appropriate for adults 22 years of age and older who want to address facial volume loss, soften lines and folds, restore structural definition to the face, or add volume to the lips. The two products in the line serve distinct purposes and are selected based on the treatment area and the patient’s specific goals.

Revanesse Versa+ is indicated for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including nasolabial folds, marionette lines, the pre-jowl sulcus, the mental crease, the cheeks and midface, and the radial lip lines of the perioral area. It is designed for injection into the mid to deep dermis and is used where the goal is volume restoration, contour improvement, or crease correction in the facial tissue.

Revanesse Lips+ is designed specifically for lip augmentation. It is formulated for the unique movement and tissue properties of the lips and is used for adding volume to the lip body, improving the definition of the lip border, and restoring lip fullness that has diminished with age.

Your nurse practitioner will assess your facial anatomy during your consultation, determine which product is appropriate for your goals, and recommend a volume and placement plan before any treatment begins. Patients are never asked to commit to a treatment or volume they have not first discussed and agreed to.

      What To Expect

      Pre & Post Treatment Care

      Pre-Care Instructions
Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for 48 to 72 hours before your appointment if medically safe to do so. This includes aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, fish oil, vitamin E, and alcohol. Do not stop any prescription medication without consulting your prescribing physician first.
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Arrive with clean skin. Remove all makeup and topical products from the intended treatment area before your appointment.
Stay well hydrated and eat a light meal before your visit.
Do not schedule this treatment within 4 weeks of laser resurfacing, intense pulsed light, chemical peel, or dermabrasion in the same area.
If you have a history of cold sores or oral herpes and are booking a lip or perioral treatment, disclose this before your appointment. Your provider may recommend antiviral prophylaxis.
Inform your provider of all current medications, supplements, recent procedures, and any changes to your health.

      Post-Care Instructions

Do not rub, massage, or apply any pressure to the treated area for at least 24 hours following treatment. This includes facial massage, beauty tools, and direct manual contact.
Avoid strenuous exercise and activities that significantly elevate your heart rate for 24 hours after your appointment.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours post-treatment to minimize bruising and swelling.
Avoid sleeping face-down on the night of your treatment. Sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated if possible to reduce swelling.
Avoid significant heat exposure for 24 to 48 hours following treatment. This includes saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, hot tubs, and prolonged direct sun exposure.
Mild swelling and bruising are normal and expected. A cold compress applied gently to the area can help reduce swelling - do not press or massage.
Do not schedule laser treatments, intense pulsed light, chemical peels, or dermabrasion in the treated area for at least 4 weeks post-treatment.
Allow a full two weeks before evaluating your final result. Initial swelling can make the result appear different from the fully settled outcome.
Contact Express Med Spa immediately if you experience prolonged swelling beyond one week, changes in skin color, skin blanching or mottling, severe pain, significant asymmetry, or any symptoms that concern you.

      • How Revanesse Fillers Work

Revanesse is a line of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, gels built from a molecule your skin already produces. Hyaluronic acid attracts and binds water, which is why a well-placed Revanesse treatment adds volume that feels soft and moves naturally instead of sitting stiffly under the skin.

Because the body recognizes hyaluronic acid, the product integrates smoothly with your tissue and metabolizes gradually over months. It is also fully reversible: if a result ever needs adjusting, the filler can be dissolved. Both Revanesse products contain a built-in anesthetic for comfort during treatment.

      • Versa+ and Lips+: Which Product Treats Which Area

The line divides the work cleanly between two products. Revanesse Versa+ is the facial workhorse, indicated for moderate to severe wrinkles and folds and used across the cheeks and midface, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, the pre-jowl area and chin, and the perioral lines around the mouth.

Revanesse Lips+ is formulated specifically for lip tissue and drives our lip filler augmentation and mini lip filler treatments. Your provider selects the product by area and goal, so you never have to know the catalog, only what you want to change.

      • What a Revanesse Appointment Looks Like

Every Revanesse treatment at Express Med Spa starts with a consultation: your provider evaluates the area, explains what the product can and cannot do, and agrees on a volume plan and cost with you before anything is opened. All treatments are administered by licensed nurse practitioners and registered nurse injectors under the medical supervision of our founder, Stefanie Drozd, MSN-APRN.

After topical numbing, placement is careful and unhurried. Appointments run 20 to 60 minutes depending on the areas treated, and downtime is minimal: expect possible mild swelling or bruising for a few days, with normal activities resuming immediately for most patients.

      • Results by Area and How Long They Last

Results are visible immediately after any Revanesse treatment, with the fully settled outcome at one to two weeks once initial swelling resolves. Lip treatments may take slightly longer to settle than facial areas.

Longevity depends on how much the treated area moves. Lip filler typically lasts 6 to 12 months, higher-movement facial areas like the nasolabial folds and marionette lines run 9 to 12 months, and low-movement zones like the cheeks can hold 12 to 18 months. Individual results vary with anatomy, metabolism, and volume used, and an annual refresh keeps most results continuous.

      • Why Express Med Spa Standardized on Revanesse

Revanesse is one of the fastest-growing dermal filler brands in the United States, with more than 8.2 million syringes used across over 80 countries. It earned that trajectory on qualities patients actually feel: smooth integration, a natural look in motion, built-in anesthetic comfort, and reliable reversibility.

We use the Revanesse line across all four of our Chicagoland locations for a practical reason as well: consistency. One product line, mastered deeply by every injector on the team, means your result does not depend on which location or provider you book. Whichever treatment brought you here, the consultation is where the plan gets specific.

      • Where to Get Revanesse Fillers Near You

Revanesse Versa+ and Lips+ fillers are available at every Express Med Spa location. Book at our Frankfort, La Grange, Shorewood, or Mount Greenwood clinic, where our injectors match the right Revanesse product to your treatment area.
