About This Treatment
Here is what hyperdilute Radiesse is, which zones of the neck and chest we treat, what an appointment involves, and how it compares to skin boosters, microneedling, and other biostimulators. The short answers are in the slides, with the full guide further down the page.
Treatment Pricing
Neck and decollete rejuvenation starts from $699. The neck and chest cover much more surface area than a single facial treatment area, so most plans use more than one syringe; your injector confirms the number of syringes and your total at your consultation. Prices are subject to change and are based on a planned consultation with our staff.

Who Neck and Decollete Rejuvenation is For
Good Candidates? Is This Right for You?
Concerns Neck and Decollete Rejuvenation Addresses
- Crepey, papery texture on the neck and upper chest
- Horizontal neck lines, including tech neck lines from looking down at a screen
- Vertical and horizontal chest wrinkles across the decollete
- Early loss of firmness and thinning skin quality
- Sun related textural aging on skin that has had decades of exposure
Who Is a Good Candidate for Neck and Decollete Rejuvenation?
This treatment fits adults with mild to moderate crepiness, fine lines, and early laxity on the neck or chest whose goal is better skin quality rather than removing skin. It is a strong fit if you are willing to wait weeks for collagen to build rather than expecting an instant change, and if you are comfortable choosing a product that is not reversible in exchange for a result that commonly lasts 12 to 18 months.
It may not be the right choice if your main concern is significant sagging or excess skin, which is a surgical question rather than an injectable one; if the cords that stand out when you tense your neck are your main complaint, since those are muscle and are treated with a neurotoxin instead; if you want a product that can be dissolved; or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain allergies or medical conditions. Your nurse practitioner will recommend an alternative in those cases.
Safety Overview
At Express Med Spa, every neck and decollete treatment is performed by a licensed nurse practitioner or registered nurse. Using Radiesse on the neck and decollete is an off-label use: the approval on file for this product covers the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds. Off-label use of an approved product is common and lawful in aesthetic medicine, and your provider reviews what it means for your plan before anything is injected.
We do not place Radiesse in the lips or around the eyes, where its safety has not been established. Because Radiesse cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase, your consultation includes an honest conversation about whether it is the right product for your goals. Tell your provider about any allergies, medications, bleeding disorders, or history of severe allergic reactions so we can plan the safest treatment for you.
