She grew up on the South Side, graduated from Moraine Valley Community College, and is working toward a bachelor’s degree at Governors State University. Her community roots help her understand what local clients value—straight answers, flexible times, and a friendly smile at check-in.
Erica doesn’t perform treatments herself; instead, she makes sure you meet the right provider and know exactly what to expect, from pre-peel care to post-laser tips.
