Those forms are how we learn what you already know about your own mouth, including an untreated cavity, sore gums, recent oral surgery, or unfinished dental work. Answer them honestly rather than optimistically. If something on them suggests you should speak with your dentist first, we will reschedule rather than proceed.

Your appointment then features the DaVinci whitening materials and the blue light equipment. Before the session a team member explains the materials, the equipment, the general process, and what you can expect. Budget about 60 minutes for whitening at $175, or about 75 minutes for the Platinum Sparkle package. You leave with aftercare guidance, which matters more than most people expect.
