That early look is not your result. The result is the collagen your body builds in response to the CaHA scaffold, which develops over the following weeks and keeps improving for a few months.

It changes size and shape far more than any injectable can, it lasts longer, and it carries surgical risk, anesthesia, and weeks of real recovery. Radiesse does none of that. Versus QWO. QWO was an injectable treatment for cellulite. Its manufacturer discontinued it in 2023, so it is no longer on the market, and Express Med Spa does not offer it.
